Terms and Conditions Please read carefully the following terms and conditions as they constitute a binding agreement between you and Butter and Sprinkles . By accessing the website or by using any Butter and Sprinkles services, you agree to these terms and conditions.You must be at least 18 years old to accept the Terms and Conditions. We do not accept orders from persons under this age. Prices All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your order, exact design and the size of your product. Following an enquiry, a quote is valid for 28 days. Butter and Sprinkles cannot guarantee an order and time slot until a deposit has been paid. If more than 48 hours has elapsed since the original quote, please check availability before you pay your deposit so as not to be disappointed. Deposit, Balance of Payment and Cancellation Policy A non-refundable 50% deposit (total value of the product and full delivery price if applicable) is required to secure your order and chosen date with Butter and Sprinkles . Collection times will be agreed with Butter and Sprinkles and is dependent on time slots availability on that date. During peak times (Christmas, Mother’s Day etc) there will be set collection times.Once an enquiry has been made the deposit needs to be paid within 48 hours to secure your order. We reserve the right to cancel any request if the payment is not made within this time frame. Butter and Sprinkles retain the right to cancel the booking in exceptional circumstances beyond their control, such as fire or ill health, during such times, a full refund of any monies paid will be made as soon as practically possible.The deposit on placement of your product will be deducted from the total value of your order. The balance is payable before collection or delivery.Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any requested changes in design, date and collection time are at the discretion of Butter and Sprinkles and may not always be possible.Cancellations will only be accepted up to 36 hours prior to the agreed delivery or collection. The balance will not become due but the deposit will not be refunded for any reason as your time slot was reserved. Once the order is within 36 hours the full payment becomes due regardless of lack of collection. Ordering Please give as much notice as possible for your order, to avoid disappointment. However, short notice orders may be accepted subject to availability.Each product is made to order so although every effort is made to ensure consistency, small variations may occur from the colour and design requested. Best Before/Cake Storage All products are baked to ensure they are fresh on the date of your event (if advised of the date) and not just for the date of collection.Quality cannot be guaranteed if the product is consumed more than 48 hours after the event. All products are made entirely of natural ingredients and do not contain additives and preservatives. However, if food colourants are requested please refer to allergens list for more information.Cakes need to be kept at room temperature in a cool dry room and must not be refrigerated. Butter and Sprinkles will not be held liable if items are not consumed during the recommended time frame or are stored in an incorrect manner. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the storage conditions are adhered to.Some products contain inedible items. You will be advised if your product has a non-visible product such as cake support dowels. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure these are removed before consumption e.g. support dowels in tiered cakes, ribbons and cake toppers etc. Collection and Delivery Products can only be collected from my premises at the prearranged time and date. The collection address for all orders is Hook, Hampshire and the full address will be supplied to you on placement of your booking.Products will only be considered for delivery on orders subject to availability. Delivery charge is on application and dependant of time and distance to the venue. There is a minimum delivery charge of £4.00 for up to 5 miles.It is your duty to examine the product upon collection/delivery to ensure that the order is intact and that the products have not been damaged in transit, if we make the delivery. We do not accept any liability for product damage once it has left our control.You are required to enter full and accurate details for delivery including the name, address and postcode. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you.If there is no one present to receive the delivery at the agreed delivery date and time, then it will be deemed a ‘Failed Delivery’. The product will be returned to Butter and Sprinkles and you will be responsible for collecting the product from the business premises in Hook, Hampshire. There will be no refund of the order cost or delivery charges for failed deliveries. Publication Butter and Sprinkles reserve the right to use any images of my products for publication on social media and other publications. The copying of any Butter and Sprinkles product images for gain is prohibited without prior consent.
